MODULE 1: INTRODUCTION TO CONTRACT LAWS

MODULE 3: CRITICAL CLAUSES TO BE UNDERSTOOD IN TECHNOLOGY CONTRACT
This module focuses on key clauses crucial in technology contracts, including recitals, scope, term, liability, termination, warranty, payment terms, and indemnification. Participants will gain insights into understanding and drafting these critical elements.
MODULE 4: BOILERPLATE CLAUSES
Participants will learn about boilerplate clauses in technology contracts, covering essential aspects like jurisdiction, governing law, entire agreement, notice, force majeure, third parties, waiver, heading and references, assignment, counterparts, survival, severability, non-solicitation, order of precedence, and dispute resolution.
MODULE 5: SOFTWARE LICENSING CONTRACT
This module explores the intricacies of software licensing contracts, including various types of licenses, cloud computing agreements, shrink wrap, web-wrap, and browse wrap agreements. Advanced issues in cloud computing, open-source licenses, taxation of software, and development support and maintenance agreements are also covered.
MODULE 6: WEBSITE RELATED AGREEMENT
Participants will gain insights into agreements related to websites, covering privacy policies, terms of use or service agreements, website development agreements, end-user license agreements (EULA), and domain name assignment or transfer agreements.
MODULE 7: DATA PROTECTION AND CYBERSECURITY IN TECHNOLOGY CONTRACTS
Participants will understand the legal aspects of data protection and cybersecurity in technology contracts, covering data processing, compliance with privacy laws, and cybersecurity insurance considerations.
MODULE 8: ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND TECHNOLOGY CONTRACTS
This module delves into the legal considerations surrounding AI technology contracts, including intellectual property issues, liability concerns, ethical considerations, and the impact of AI regulation on contracts.
MODULE 9: BLOCKCHAIN AND SMART CONTRACTS

Participants will learn to navigate common pitfalls in negotiations and gain key considerations for international technology contract negotiations.
MODULE 11: OTHER TECHNOLOGY AGREEMENT
This module explores various technology agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, business process outsourcing contracts, and technology transfer and license agreements.
ASSIGNMENTS AND EXAMINATION

ASSIGNMENTS

These assignments are carefully crafted to reflect the topics discussed during the live sessions each week, allowing you to apply the concepts learned in a practical manner.
EXAMINATION
The schedule for the examination will be released at the end of the second month of the course. This will give you ample time to prepare and review the course material thoroughly.
The examination will be of 50 marks and will comprise multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and situation-based questions and answers. This format is designed to test not only your recall of the course content but also your ability to apply the concepts in various scenarios.
More about the assignments and examination shall be mentioned in the course guidelines provided after successful registration of the course and students shall be informed during the live sessions of the course as well.

The deducted amounts are used to pay for the platform, logistics, operating expenses, and any necessary taxes.
Within the first seven days of registration, the students are eligible for an 80% refund, and within the first 14 days, they are eligible for a 60% refund.

Within 3-5 days, a refund confirmation email with the amount of the refund will be delivered.
